Our Kingjet LC3013 ink cartridges are compatible replacements that may show a question mark symbol "?" on the ink level indicators, but it doesn't affect usage, and the ink level is real. These cartridges are compatible with Brother MFC-J491DW, MFC-J497DW, MFC-J690DW, and MFC-J895DW printers.

If the LC3013 ink cartridges do not work with your printer, please remove the cartridges, turn off the machine, unplug it for fifteen minutes, then put the cartridge back in, turn it on, and reboot. If you still have no luck, please show us the error message photo for replacement.

To maintain your printer, it's best to keep it powered on if you use it often, as printers will run the printhead cleaning automatically when reset, which can waste ink. But if the machine isn't used frequently, please turn it off.
