High Capacity Brother LC3013 XL Black Ink Cartridge, 2-Pack

The Compatible LC3013 Ink Cartridges package contains 2 x LC3013 Black Ink cartridges that are 100% compatible with the following Brother printer models: MFC-J491DW, MFC-J497DW, MFC-J690DW, and MFC-J895DW.

To install the cartridges, follow these simple steps: 1) Carefully peel off the yellow seal tape. 2) Do not remove the plastic rubber seal. 3) Insert the cartridge into the corresponding slot until it clicks into place.

Please note the following tips for optimal usage: 1) Avoid storing the cartridges in high temperatures or direct sunlight. 2) If the printer displays "Replace cartridge" or "Ink cartridges cannot be recognized" error messages, remove the cartridge, clean the chip, then re-insert it until it is recognized. If other error messages appear, such as "Low Ink," "Cartridge Problem," or "Missing or damaged," try the same troubleshooting steps or restart the printer. 3) Do not update the firmware of your XP series printers, whether automatically or manually. Doing so may cause the compatible (non-OEM) inks to become incompatible with the memory serial number on the chip. 4) If you find the cartridge is leaking or has other issues due to uncontrollable factors during transportation, please log in to your account, go to Your Orders, find the relevant order, and click "Contact Seller" to reach out to us.
